Forget-Me-Not Baskets started with one basket. Since then, we have donated close to 8,500 more. Due to logistics and hospital storage our late loss baskets have evolved into boxes. Our boxes provide a nice keepsake for families. The board recently decided that our early loss bags are due for an upgrade, however this is no small task. Throughout 2022, we have held board meetings, created prototypes and discussed in detail what we would like to see in our new early loss box. The new box will include a custom stuffed elephant, a dated ornament and a few more comfort and remembrance items, increasing the cost by $15.00. We are planning a soft launch of these boxes in early 2023.

Our year end “ask” is for your support of the new early loss box. This year we delivered over 820 early loss bags. That is an average of 68 bags per month. Our goal is to raise $12,300 (820×15) to help offset the price increase for 820 boxes that will be donated in 2023 and WE NEED YOUR HELP!
